Registration fee

The registration fee includes admission to the Opening Ceremony, unlimited access to all scientific sessions, access to the exhibitions, one congress bag, coffee breaks and certificate of attendance.

All fees are in US dollars. Registration will be processed only if accompanied by total payment.

BANK TRANSFER
Please note: All transfer charges must be prepaid by the transmitter.

CHEQUES
Personal or company cheques will be accepted.

A Press Representative will be registered to the meeting free of charge, as PRESS, if he/she completes a registration and sends a copy of press ID or similar document confirming his/her status of press accreditation. Press registration includes a full set of congress materials and free entrance to all meeting activities including scientific sessions.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to Conferences, Groups and Incentives. Cancellations will be accepted until September 8, 2016 with a refund of all prepaid fees except for a 25% administration charge. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date. All approved refunds will be processed and issued 60 days after the congress.
